Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Policy
Your order is packed and shipped from our admin offices or, in the case of delivery-only goods, from the warehouse where the goods are held. We aim to pack your order on the weekend following its receipt and ship it on Monday using the delivery method you choose or a faster, more secure method. However, this may not always be possible. If your order is urgent, please send us a message via the contact form, and we will discuss this with you. When a tracked delivery method is used, we will provide the tracking number with your order details.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return any orders, either in part or in full, you must request this within 14 days of receipt. Please quote the order number, the receipt date, the reason for return, and assure us that the items have not been opened or used in any way. Once we receive your return, we will refund the value of the goods returned to us. If any order is returned and found to have been used, the used items will not be refunded.
For faulty goods, or goods damaged in transit , photographic evidence should be supplied upon request. If the item is the only item on the order, the postage will also be refunded, along with any postage paid if we request you to return the items.
