Privacy Policy

Therapy Wholesale is the “processor” of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information, this does however include name, address, email and phone number which is used for the purposes of contacting you for dispatching your goods, accounting purposes and in case there are issues with your order.

What we do with your data:

All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK, however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information is located on servers outside the UK which we have checked follow secure procedures.  No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection Policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We are required under UK law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for as long as we reasonably need to use it after which time it will be destroyed.  This data is kept on our secure servers until the returns period (14 days) is ended and then it is deleted.  Accounts data is kept for 6 years and then destroyed as per UK law.
